Supports deployment of CAREL HVAC/R and commercial refrigeration control solutions for food retail customers. Coordinates projects, reviews technical documents, assists with quotations and installations, performs energy-efficiency analysis and system tuning, provides field maintenance support, and delivers technical training to contractors, OEMs, and end users. The role also gathers market feedback, collaborates with sales and internal teams, and travels regularly to customer facilities and project sites.

Supports sales of HVAC/R control technology by delivering technical demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, providing customer support and training, assisting with system start-ups, and gathering market intelligence. The role analyzes sales data, maintains CRM records, relays customer feedback to internal teams, and collaborates with contractors, OEMs, end users, and regional sales managers. Travel to customer sites may reach 50%.

Develops, implements, troubleshoots, and continuously improves manufacturing and assembly processes for HVAC and industrial products. Leads Lean and PDCA initiatives, process optimization, line balancing, tooling and equipment projects, new product introductions, production transfers, and capital investments. Analyzes manufacturing KPIs, resolves production issues, maintains process documentation and manufacturing data, and implements automation and error-proofing. Collaborates closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, suppliers, and production personnel in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
