Leads ground ambulance operations by ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality transport services; manages staffing, personnel performance, training, quality improvement, budgets, equipment, and operational efficiency. Supervises ambulance personnel, participates in hiring and disciplinary decisions, coordinates with healthcare and emergency-care organizations, and supports strategic goals for the ground division.
