Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend using React/TypeScript and Node.js (some legacy Go). Collaborate with design, ship via continuous deployment, debug and monitor production, use AI coding tools, and make product and technical decisions while owning delivered features.

Own business growth across the US and Canada by prospecting universities, business schools, and career centers; conducting discovery and demos; negotiating and closing full-cycle B2B deals; expanding existing partners; managing renewals; and navigating procurement requirements. The role requires building an independent pipeline, working directly with founders, adapting to North American time zones, and traveling a few times annually.

Own international growth across the Nordics, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Responsibilities include prospecting universities and business schools, conducting discovery and demos, negotiating and closing B2B deals, expanding existing partnerships, managing renewals, adapting sales approaches across cultures, and sharing market insights with founders. The role requires self-directed pipeline generation, cross-time-zone collaboration, and travel several times per year.
