Serve as the strategic client lead owning ad P&L across Meta, Google, and YouTube. Set and hit CAC/ROAS targets, design scaling roadmaps, mentor junior buyers, oversee execution, and build SOPs and dashboards for reporting and data hygiene.

Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize ML solutions and data pipelines; translate business requirements into production-ready ML code; perform feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation; document work, participate in code reviews, and support testing and data issue resolution.

Own end-to-end sales conversations with prospective learners: prospecting, qualifying, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Maintain accurate CRM records, meet outreach and conversion targets, build pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and conversion.
