Provides intensive case management and career counseling for WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker participants. Conducts intake, eligibility assessments, employment planning, job readiness support, training referrals, job development, and follow-up services. Maintains participant records in CalJOBS, processes supportive service and training requests, ensures WIOA compliance, and collaborates with workforce partners. The role serves up to 80 active participants, requires Spanish fluency, and may involve local travel throughout Orange County.

Provides virtual follow-up services to former workforce program participants, supporting employment retention, re-employment, career advancement, referrals, and job-search activities. The specialist re-engages customers, verifies employment and education outcomes, documents services and case notes, enters data into the state system, completes reports, and meets program benchmarks. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer motivation, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Oversee WIOA workforce development and special grant programs across four North Bay sites. Manage staff, budgets, compliance, reporting, service delivery, performance metrics, community partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as the local funding-source liaison and collaborate with the Workforce Development Board. The role requires workforce development expertise, strategic leadership, staff development, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and local travel up to 30%.
