It also tracks placements, follows up with employers, identifies participant barriers, and connects individuals with appropriate resources. This is a full-time onsite temporary position ending December 31, 2026, with 50% regional travel.

Provides bilingual English-Spanish case management and career counseling to adult and dislocated workers. Responsibilities include intake, eligibility determination, enrollment, employment planning, referrals, training documentation, workshops, database updates, compliance-focused case files, reporting, and follow-up through employment and program completion. The role requires culturally sensitive customer service, partnership development, performance goal attainment, and up to 20% local travel, with 80% onsite work in Tacoma.
