Career Team, LLC Benefits Overview

Coordinates workforce training services for program participants by partnering with training providers, facilitating assessments and information sessions, reviewing training needs, supporting Individual Training Account paperwork, maintaining records, tracking outcomes, and providing reports to Career Advisors. The role also helps participants identify career pathways, coordinates support services, meets program benchmarks, and supports local events. This is a fully onsite position serving Snohomish County.

Build relationships with local employers, develop job orders and work-based learning opportunities, organize recruiting events, and support participant job placement and retention. The role provides workforce consulting, employer presentations, career advisement, labor market guidance, and coordination of internships, transitional jobs, and training programs. It also tracks placements, follows up with employers, identifies participant barriers, and connects individuals with appropriate resources. This is a full-time onsite temporary position ending December 31, 2026, with 50% regional travel.

Provides bilingual English-Spanish case management and career counseling to adult and dislocated workers. Responsibilities include intake, eligibility determination, enrollment, employment planning, referrals, training documentation, workshops, database updates, compliance-focused case files, reporting, and follow-up through employment and program completion. The role requires culturally sensitive customer service, partnership development, performance goal attainment, and up to 20% local travel, with 80% onsite work in Tacoma.
