Provide safe, supportive dormitory supervision and mentorship for trainees, enforce schedules and policies, monitor hygiene and chores, conduct safety inspections, lead recreation and life-skills groups, document issues, attend trainings, and supervise on- and off-center activities.

Provides administrative, clerical, and coordination support to the Center Director's Office including scheduling, travel arrangements, report preparation and quality control, maintaining SOPs/COPs, supervising work experience students, and training new administrative staff.

Support students in Career Preparation by developing and delivering curriculum, assessing employment barriers, assisting with job search skills and placement, managing orientation and MyPACE plans, and coordinating employability, IT, academic/vocational training, and support services.
