Lead daily acute care hospital pharmacy operations, staffing, workflow, medication distribution, inventory, sterile compounding compliance, medication safety, and quality improvement. Supervise and develop pharmacy technicians and operational staff while ensuring compliance with USP 797, USP 800, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospital teams, support inspections and accreditation readiness, monitor operational metrics, and implement process improvements.

The Perioperative Services RN provides pre-operative and post-operative care, evaluates patient outcomes, and administers medications under supervision. They ensure a sterile environment and collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient safety and care during surgical procedures.
