Support Careem’s Food Operations team by managing daily activities, monitoring partner and service KPIs, resolving operational issues, building spreadsheet reports and dashboards, and identifying process improvements. The role collaborates with training, commercial, supply, and other stakeholders to improve reliability, delivery times, service quality, and the end-to-end customer experience.

Manage grocery catalog content and item creation in Oracle, coordinating with category management, suppliers, and supply chain teams. Collect supplier information, process item updates, verify feedback, maintain stock-availability tags, check category mapping, and conduct quarterly master data audits to improve content quality.

Support marketplace operations by monitoring fulfillment, stock availability, merchant response times, cancellations, and SKU-level stock-outs. Assist merchants with tools, catalogs, promotions, and process improvements. Conduct catalog audits, track support SLAs, identify operational issues, and collaborate with logistics, commercial, and customer support teams to improve partner performance and customer experience.
