Oversee daily operations of pathology and laboratory medicine, lead a laboratory section, provide scientific and technical oversight, manage staff, equipment, supplies and budget, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve operational issues, and support tactical and strategic planning.

Provide person-centered, recovery-oriented case management for clients with mental health and substance use disorders. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, connect clients to housing, healthcare, education, and employment resources, perform crisis intervention, monitor progress, document services, conduct home and community visits, transport clients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.

Answer inbound calls, perform behavioral health risk assessments, verify insurance, document encounters in electronic systems, and coordinate access to behavioral health and substance abuse services. Work weekends and holidays in a high-volume setting following a rotating 16/32 weekend schedule.
