Maintain clean, safe, and orderly hospital environments: clean patient rooms, perform terminal cleaning, remove waste and linen, transport patients and specimens, move and clean equipment, manage unit inventory, and assist staff and patient non-clinical needs.

Provide person-centered case management for clients with psychiatric and substance use disorders, conduct assessments, develop care plans, connect to community resources, perform crisis intervention, document services, conduct home/school visits, transport clients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support independence.

Conduct assessments, develop care plans, connect clients to housing, healthcare, education, and employment resources, perform crisis intervention, monitor progress, document services, conduct home and community visits, transport clients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
