Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits, assist with Medicaid/Marketplace enrollments and renewals, maintain accurate insurance records in the EHR, conduct outreach to prevent coverage lapses, resolve coverage discrepancies, and connect uninsured patients with enrollment resources and sliding fee programs.

Lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers to build pipelines for clinical and administrative roles, improve onboarding and retention, analyze workforce data, conduct stay interviews, and represent the organization at recruiting events.
