Coordinates cardiovascular clinical trials, including participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, follow-up, data collection, documentation, sponsor communication, and regulatory compliance. Supports daily research-site operations, maintains regulatory records, ensures adherence to protocols and GCP/ICH requirements, and helps improve study workflows. The role requires collaboration with investigators, sponsors, clinic staff, participants, and research stakeholders.

Provides strategic in-house legal support focused on vendor, technology, professional services, and healthcare agreements. Drafts and negotiates contracts, manages the contract lifecycle, advises on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, partners with executives on business risks, develops legal training, promotes CLM tools, and manages outside counsel. Requires a law degree, active state bar membership, and at least four years of legal experience.

Manage cardiovascular clinical trials from recruitment and enrollment through data collection, site operations, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with sponsors, participants, clinic staff, and national research teams while maintaining accurate documentation and protocol adherence.
