Provides technical support and maintains IT infrastructure while developing, testing, documenting, and enhancing software applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and user accounts; managing systems, inventory, cabling, and licensing; writing code in VB.NET, C#, PowerShell, and HTML; resolving software bugs; collaborating on feature design; and optimizing SQL queries. The role also documents processes, supports users remotely and in person, and assists with IT security and policy implementation.

Industrial Engineer assesses and audits operations, identifies production inefficiencies, designs equipment and control systems, develops manufacturing routes and production plans, and ensures quality, safety, cost, and efficiency standards. The role reviews production schedules, process flows, and engineering specifications; provides technical direction and management briefings; supports problem resolution; and develops manufacturing and design standards.

Designs and tests electronic products from specification through production, supports mature products, prepares technical documentation and manufacturing procedures, participates in design reviews and preproduction builds, and provides technical support for bids and proposals. The role also involves reviewing contractor plans, conducting field assessments, managing project risks and schedules, preparing management briefings, and resolving technical issues.
