Provide medication verification, dosing adjustments per protocol, patient education, supervise pharmacy technicians, manage narcotics/inventory and accreditation compliance, perform antimicrobial stewardship and support pharmacy operations and on-call/PRN coverage.

Serve as the primary account contact for assigned medical products and distribution customers, ensuring supply chain health and service delivery. Proactively review accounts, resolve order issues, identify upsell opportunities, measure KPIs, and coordinate internal teams to prevent disruptions and support account retention and growth.

Lead and supervise a revenue cycle team handling billing, claims submission, payment posting, A/R and collections. Manage denials, appeals, compliance, KPI monitoring, process improvements, training, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue and operational performance.
