Prepare trenches and install sewer, water, and storm drain pipe using excavator and laser guidance. Operate concrete saw and power tools, cut and join pipe, signal equipment operators, backfill and compact, maintain tools and work area, control traffic if certified, and perform other duties as assigned.

The Project Manager will oversee civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring schedules and budgets are maintained while coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Operate tools to install sewer, water, and storm drain pipes, align and join pipes, signal operators, and maintain work safety.

Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships: generate and process POs, approve and reconcile invoices, maintain order/receipt records, negotiate contracts and pricing, evaluate vendor performance, coordinate inventory and field material needs, ensure quality and manage excess materials. Occasional travel to vendor sites.
