Assist the Life Enrichment Director to plan and run resident activities and events, engage residents on- and off-site, prepare supplies, help develop calendars/newsletters, take photos for newsletters and social media, and respond courteously to residents and families.

Provide direct resident care and medication administration per service plans, supervise and mentor Resident Assistants and Medication Aides, maintain accurate EMR records, assist with staffing and scheduling, oversee medication room cleanliness and controlled substance counts, and perform administrative duties including audits, communication logs, and coordination with physicians and pharmacy.
