Coordinate cardiology referrals and pre-authorizations by verifying insurance eligibility, submitting and tracking requests, following up on pending authorizations, processing documentation, and communicating with providers, schedulers, patients, and internal departments. Maintain accurate EMR records, support billing and business office functions, answer phones, and provide administrative assistance in a fully remote setting.
