Schedule and coordinate adult electrophysiology and device outpatient appointments, manage patient communications and reminders, verify insurance and obtain authorizations, handle clerical tasks and data entry, and support clinic workflow to ensure smooth patient care.

Provide telephonic triage and patient education for cardiology patients, assess symptoms, escalate urgent issues, act on abnormal test results, document in the EMR, coordinate follow-up care, and help develop workflows to improve patient safety and experience in a hybrid clinic setting.

Oversee daily operations of a Puyallup cardiology clinic, supervise clinical and administrative staff, optimize workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, manage scheduling and staffing, resolve patient concerns, mentor team members, and drive performance and process improvements.
