Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership: manage calendars and Outlook scheduling, coordinate meetings and travel, handle correspondence, maintain records and office supplies, run errands and frequent Bay Area site visits, support Finance/HR/Operations/IT on ad-hoc tasks, manage board meeting logistics and minutes, and produce the organization-wide newsletter.

Manage day-to-day operations of a transitional housing site serving people experiencing homelessness. Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, oversee facilities, admissions and discharges, coordinate services (nursing, case management, caregiving, food, transportation, housing navigation), troubleshoot operational issues, assist with data reporting, and work to secure permanent housing for clients.

Lead recruiting coordination and onboarding across multiple sites. Supervise recruiting coordinators, manage job postings, candidate tracking, interview logistics, and onboarding operations. Partner with hiring managers, support sourcing and pipelines, maintain candidate experience and compliance, report hiring metrics, run recruiting events, and help improve hiring and retention processes.
