Provide entry-level support and configuration for the Epic EHR: troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, build configurations, document workflows, follow change control, assist testing and training, and meet SLAs while escalating complex problems to senior analysts.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, manage reception duties, handle mail and calls, coordinate facilities and vendors, maintain office supplies and common areas, support onboarding and administrative tasks, and manage basic invoice and contract records.

Build, configure, monitor, and support Epic Bridges interfaces (clinical and business domains). Perform HL7 v2 mapping, troubleshoot interface errors, support cloud migration/testing, maintain documentation, and provide strategic guidance and mentorship for interface intake and governance.
