Leads the Epic AMS Access team with primary responsibility for Cadence and Referrals. Provides hands-on application support including build, troubleshooting, optimization, upgrades, testing, implementation, incidents, service requests, and small projects. Coordinates workload, mentors analysts, identifies risks, communicates with clients, and partners with the Prelude/RTE lead to ensure effective delivery across the Access application portfolio. Participates in on-call support.

Build, configure, monitor, and support Epic Bridges interfaces (clinical and business domains). Perform HL7 v2 mapping, troubleshoot interface errors, support cloud migration/testing, maintain documentation, and provide strategic guidance and mentorship for interface intake and governance.

Serve as primary analyst and application owner for Epic Phoenix (Transplant). Provide BAU production support, incident/ticket resolution, application build and optimization, lead small enhancements, support Epic upgrades (testing, UAT, release planning, go-live), partner with clinical and operational stakeholders, and participate in Pacific Time day-call rotation.
