Facilitate emotionally safe virtual group support sessions for cardiac rehab patients, deliver lifestyle education across nutrition, stress management, group support, and exercise, troubleshoot patient tech issues, collaborate with a transdisciplinary team, and support clinical studies while maintaining Ornish ICR guidelines.

The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive company-wide execution, oversee strategic initiatives, improve processes across teams, and lead critical projects to accelerate growth and patient impact.

This role involves identifying, sourcing, and advancing partnerships with major Health Systems and Payers, as well as managing complex deals and conducting discovery calls with stakeholders.
