Manage executive calendars, travel, inboxes, expenses, meetings, confidential information, and leadership follow-up. Run the Camden office, including supplies, catering, guests, onboarding, offboarding, mail, equipment, and workplace culture initiatives. Coordinate offsites, maintain office processes and SOPs in Notion, and improve administrative workflows using AI tools. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication in a hybrid climate-tech startup.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll lead development and architecture design, mentor engineers, and implement impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.
