Teams at Carbon Health

Handle high-volume inbound patient billing calls and emails, research and resolve billing and claims issues, perform claim corrections/resubmissions, update patient billing/insurance records, manage escalations, document interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing workflows and patient experience.

Provide centralized administrative support for clinics: handle patient communications (phone, email, chat, faxes), verify insurance, process referrals and prior authorizations, troubleshoot platform issues, ensure documentation for virtual visits, and suggest process improvements to maintain operational integrity and patient satisfaction.

Coordinate clinical research recruitment and retention from study initiation to completion. Support day-to-day operations, collaborate with investigators, clinical staff, and HQ Launchpad, and manage peak workload periods for Carbon Health's clinical research program.
