Owns budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, financial statements, and executive reporting. Builds Power BI dashboards and financial data models using SAP ECC, SQL, Power Query, Python, and DAX. Partners with Sales and plant Production leadership to analyze operational performance, margin drivers, and cost opportunities. Automates manual reporting processes and documents FP&A systems logic and data definitions. The role is onsite at the company’s Houston headquarters.

Provides hands-on engineering and project support across two industrial plants. Designs, troubleshoots, and improves mechanical, electrical, control, kiln, burner, pumping, material-flow, and continuous-process systems. Coordinates contractors and vendors, supports capital projects from scoping through commissioning, and improves safety, reliability, production, quality, and operating costs. Requires at least two years of industrial experience, strong mechanical aptitude, field problem-solving ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
