Greets visitors, answers telephone calls, monitors facility entry for security, processes mail, maintains the front office, handles resident funds and incoming revenues, prepares daily deposits, and supports resident safety and rights. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and availability for assigned weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.

Provide direct nursing care and supervise licensed and nonprofessional staff on assigned unit. Implement physicians' orders, assess patients, document vitals and changes, develop care plans, enforce infection-control, respond to emergencies, and promote resident safety and communication with families and staff.

Manage all business and operational activities for a long-term care facility. Responsibilities include overseeing resident care quality, staff recruitment and performance, regulatory compliance, admissions, marketing, budgeting, financial reviews, facility operations, employee relations, and resident or family concerns. The Administrator also leads quality assurance, licensing survey preparation, emergency response, reporting, and departmental accountability.
