Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents, lead nursing staff, make assignments, implement physicians' orders, perform assessments and documentation, enforce infection control, respond to emergencies, and promote resident safety and positive relations with families and staff.

Coordinate and complete MDS/RAI assessments and interdisciplinary care plans, ensure Medicare/Medicaid documentation compliance and timely state/federal submissions, support audits and surveys, train and follow up with staff on documentation, and maintain proficiency with MDS-related software and reimbursement processes.

Provide and coordinate direct nursing care for residents, implement physician orders, supervise staff, assess patients, develop care plans, enforce infection control, and respond to emergencies in a clinical long-term care setting.
