Provide first-line system support and triage for CBS systems and client websites, manage support tickets, investigate and document issues and root causes, collaborate with Software Engineering/QA/DB/BI teams to resolve problems, maintain support documentation, and develop technical skills toward software, database, data/BI or QA roles.

Write, maintain and execute manual regression tests for .NET and web applications; define test scenarios from requirements; produce test plans and estimates; monitor and investigate error queues in test and production; report and track defects to resolution; work in Agile (Sprint/Kanban); trial new testing tools; liaise with stakeholders and communicate findings clearly.

Lead customer experience strategy and operational excellence as an Executive Board member. Define customer lifecycle, drive retention and growth using insight, technology and transformation, sponsor operational improvements, build high-performing teams, and ensure customer outcomes align with commercial objectives.

Executive role to define and lead CBS's Sales & Marketing strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, market positioning, proposition development, and commercial performance. Lead sales and marketing teams, develop go-to-market plans, partnerships, and customer insight-driven acquisition and retention strategies. Serve on the Executive Board, shape organisational capability and culture, and act as an ambassador for the company.
