Manage end-to-end recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding for field service technicians and engineers across U.S. and Canada. Post jobs, maintain job descriptions, run background/drug checks, extend offers, maintain ATS/HRIS (Greenhouse, UKG), support safety, workers' comp, OSHA compliance, and perform general HR duties.

Evaluate new credit applications, perform financial analysis and third-party report review, establish and adjust credit lines, approve orders for customers, and provide general accounting support as needed.

Shippers/Packagers are responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards, ensuring workspace cleanliness, and effectively collaborating as part of a team. This position requires lifting capabilities, tool usage, and adherence to attendance expectations. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
