Maintains and improves manufacturing processes and equipment, spending most of the day on the production floor. Responsibilities include equipment operation and repair, parts programming, assembly setup, process improvements, engineering change implementation, production support, operator training, and facility improvement projects. The role also assists with product questions and ensures quality and workplace safety.

Provides administrative and sales support to sales engineers in a busy Tampa office. Responsibilities include tracking fire-system subcontracting and freight issues, handling customer inquiries, scheduling visits and Lunch & Learns, coordinating service emergencies and truck dispatch, preparing submittals, managing office supplies, and maintaining CRM contact assignments. Requires strong organization, computer skills, multitasking, independence, and teamwork. Construction or subcontracting familiarity is preferred.

Support technical sales and engineering tasks including parts orders, selections, designs, AutoCAD work, market research, cold calling, special sales-team projects, and site visits to observe field service. Full-time summer internship with potential part-time continuation and possible full-time opportunities after graduation.
