Shippers/Packagers are responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards, ensuring workspace cleanliness, and effectively collaborating as part of a team. This position requires lifting capabilities, tool usage, and adherence to attendance expectations. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.

This role focuses on improving quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment through continuous improvement practices like Kaizen and leading process improvement projects.

Provide application engineering and inside sales support for commercial kitchen ventilation and HVAC products. Build customer relationships, create quotes/submittals, manage project schedules, offer technical service and troubleshooting, promote products through presentations and demos, and pursue new business opportunities while improving customer experience and processes.
