Own the technical direction and multi-year strategy for a modeling platform spanning backend APIs, SDKs, frontend components, and AI interfaces. Build self-service framework capabilities, make platform architecture decisions, align cross-functional and product engineering teams, partner on computation-engine architecture, and coach engineers toward senior and staff-level impact.

Own the strategy and roadmap for CaptivateIQ’s shared modeling platform. Define reusable modeling primitives, structures, state concepts, interoperability, schemas, APIs, and contracts across incentive compensation, sales planning, forecasting, and FP&A products. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product, and domain experts to establish scalable abstractions, simplify complex workflows, and enable AI agents to understand and safely modify models.

Own the company-wide content lifecycle, including strategy, editorial planning, social distribution, thought leadership, customer stories, and lifecycle content. Develop market narratives for RevOps, Sales, and Finance audiences; manage internal and external contributors; establish editorial governance; collaborate across marketing and sales; and measure traffic, engagement, SEO, social, and pipeline performance to drive growth.
