Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Captions across iOS, Android, and web. Develop and execute onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and winback programs across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels. Lead lifecycle strategy, experimentation, personalization, and performance optimization while partnering with product, engineering, data science, and creative teams. Use subscription metrics and customer insights to improve trial conversion, churn, reactivation, and lifetime value.

Product Data Scientists will embed with iOS or web teams to define product metrics, analyze user behavior, design experiments, build statistical and machine learning models, and turn findings into actionable recommendations. They will create dashboards, experiment readouts, decision memos, and AI-powered analytics workflows while partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Engineering.

Own end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Product teams, including sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder partnership, negotiations, and offer acceptance. Develop innovative strategies to attract elite technical talent, improve hiring velocity and recruiting efficiency, support inclusive hiring, and deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring-manager experience.
