Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise systems using Microsoft Stack or Java. Build and consume RESTful APIs, implement scalable databases (SQL Server, NoSQL), develop modern front ends (JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React/Vue), apply cloud and microservice/serverless architectures, and contribute to AI/agent development and integrations. Collaborate with clients, mentor teammates, document solutions, and ensure performance, scalability, and maintainable code.

Lead design and architecture of Java-based, API-driven solutions including microservices, serverless, cloud, and event-driven integrations. Hands-on coding, create estimates and roadmaps, assess performance, and apply AI toolsets (agentic AI, Claude/Codex/OpenClaude, LangChain) while collaborating with clients and mentoring teams.

Design and advocate enterprise data architectures that align with client business goals. Assess current-state data systems, recommend cloud and on-prem solutions, and implement modern data platforms (ingestion, storage, modeling, real-time distribution). Mentor staff, collaborate with stakeholders, promote data governance, and support business development by scoping and estimating proposed solutions.
