Research Analyst Associate Program participants conduct policy and business research for private equity, capital markets, and corporate clients. Responsibilities include quantitative and qualitative analysis, primary and secondary research, reviewing data and public records, stakeholder interviews, developing insights and recommendations, preparing analytic writing and presentations, and communicating findings to clients. Participants work across sector teams with senior analyst mentorship and adapt to short-term project teams.

Conduct research and quantitative analysis of environmental services companies, industries, regulations, market trends, and financial data to identify investment opportunities. Develop financial models and differentiated investment insights, synthesize complex information, and communicate findings to senior team members, clients, policymakers, and industry stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities independently while supporting client relationships and investment decisions.

Conduct research and analysis on U.S. financial services policy, regulation, legislation, politics, and markets. Develop investment ideas, assess implications for investors, synthesize complex information into actionable client insights, engage with policymakers and industry stakeholders, and contribute to presentations and research deliverables. Associates independently manage workstreams while collaborating with senior team members and building sector expertise.
