Design, develop, and maintain identity and access management solutions (Azure B2C and proprietary policy service). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement automated testing, define KPIs, address cloud/on‑prem integration and security best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage daily warehouse operations and staff, prioritize safety and efficiency, handle budgeting/P&L tasks, schedule and train associates, audit labor and billing, negotiate carrier rates, manage cash closeouts and reporting, and resolve customer or associate issues.

Supervise night-shift warehouse operations including safety, productivity, staffing, training, scheduling, cash handling, carrier rate negotiation, labor and billing audits, budget management, and customer issue resolution. Prepare reports and enforce company policies while training to run an entire site.
