Supervise warehouse and distribution operations, associates, schedules, safety, productivity, customer service, labor and billing audits, budgets, deposits, payroll records, and daily closeout activities. Train, coach, hire, and manage warehouse employees while resolving operational and customer issues. Maintain accurate work logs, reports, data entry, and compliance with company policies. The role prepares the supervisor to manage an entire site or shift.

Manages daily warehouse operations, including workforce scheduling, hiring, training, safety compliance, customer service, carrier rate negotiation, labor and billing audits, budgeting, deposits, data entry, payroll administration, and daily closeout procedures. The role leads warehouse associates, ensures operational efficiency, resolves customer and employee issues, and maintains accurate reports and records in a physically demanding environment.

Supports implementation, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of warehouse automation and material handling systems. The role integrates WMS, WCS, and WES platforms, monitors performance KPIs, conducts root-cause analysis, coordinates maintenance, develops SOPs and training materials, and collaborates with operations, IT, maintenance, and vendors. The engineer also provides technical input during cross-functional projects and spends significant time on the warehouse floor supporting system testing and operational readiness.
