Oversee sorting production lines, assign work, train and coach team members, track production data, and enforce safety procedures. Resolve team conflicts, conduct employee evaluations, and clear and clean lines to maintain quality and efficiency. The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving ability, and at least six months of supervisory experience. Sorts and reconditions damaged merchandise, documents UPCs and counts, and performs clerical, cleaning, and repacking tasks.
