Lead company-wide occupational safety strategy across recycling and production facilities. Manage safety professionals, establish standards, conduct audits and risk assessments, oversee serious incident investigations, ensure OSHA and EPA compliance, track corrective actions, support workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, deliver training, and promote a proactive safety culture. The role requires regular travel to operational sites, hands-on hazard identification, leadership coaching, regulatory support, and reporting safety trends to senior leadership.

Oversee sorting production lines, assign work, train and coach team members, track production data, and enforce safety procedures. Resolve team conflicts, conduct employee evaluations, and clear and clean lines to maintain quality and efficiency. The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving ability, and at least six months of supervisory experience.
