Audits inbound and outbound freight pallets, verifies products and quantities, performs pre-shift equipment checks, and supports warehouse operations. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring employees to lift and carry 25–75 pounds. Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided.

Manages daily warehouse operations, including staffing, scheduling, safety, customer service, labor and billing audits, deposits, payroll records, data entry, budgets, and closeout procedures. Supervises, trains, and coaches warehouse associates; resolves operational and customer issues; negotiates carrier rates; maintains compliance with company policies; and supports efficient service delivery in a physically demanding, evening-shift environment.

Leads a 33+ person recruiting organization supporting high-volume warehouse, distribution, corporate, transportation, and independent-contractor hiring. Sets talent acquisition strategy, recruiting KPIs, workforce planning, and performance standards; partners with executives and operations leaders; improves ATS and recruiting technology utilization; develops scalable processes; and supports launches, acquisitions, and aggressive staffing commitments.
