Oversee regional DOT compliance across driver qualifications, HOS, vehicle maintenance, drug and alcohol testing, ELDs, IFTA reporting, and safety procedures. Maintain policies and records, conduct employee training, audit driver and vehicle files, investigate accidents, submit regulatory reports, manage emergency response plans, and implement corrective actions. Travel to branch locations to perform compliance audits and ensure transportation operations meet FMCSA and DOT requirements.

Supervise warehouse inventory quality and vendor compliance operations. Manage daily warehouse site operations, including safety, workforce scheduling, customer service, labor and billing audits, cash deposits, data entry, payroll administration, budgeting, and daily closeout. Hire, train, coach, and supervise warehouse associates while ensuring compliance with policies, accurate service records, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
