Capstone Logistics, LLC Benefits Overview

Perform general warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, repacking, sorting, palletizing, freight hauling, auditing, housekeeping, and other duties assigned. Work is fast-paced and physical with early morning starts.

Supervise daily warehouse/distribution site operations, enforce safety and productivity, train and manage associates, handle scheduling, hiring, cash closeouts, budgeting, audits, customer issues, and reporting. This role is a training step toward site leadership.

Design, develop, and maintain identity and access management solutions (Azure B2C and proprietary policy service). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement automated testing, define KPIs, address cloud/on‑prem integration and security best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
