Works across office and active mining environments while complying with MSHA, safety, environmental, and construction standards.

Develops and manages internal and external communications for Pinto Valley Mine. Responsibilities include drafting leadership messaging, producing media content, overseeing social media and local media relations, creating branded graphics and communication templates, managing the intramine TV system, and organizing approved photos and videos. The role supports corporate communications, employee engagement, positive workplace culture, and consistent Capstone branding across departments and external channels.

Manages small to medium capital and operating expense projects at an open-pit copper mine. Responsibilities include project justification, feasibility, engineering coordination, procurement, construction oversight, contractor management, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, safety compliance, document control, and project reporting.
