Plans and schedules short- and long-term processing, maintenance, and operational work for a copper concentrator. Manages SAP work orders, prioritizes scopes, estimates labor, coordinates materials, equipment, contractors, and field crews, and supports preventive maintenance, reliability, cost, safety, and equipment availability goals. Prepares planning reports, participates in operational meetings, and identifies continuous-improvement opportunities within an active mining environment.

Supports safe operation and performance of mine water systems and tailings storage facilities. Responsibilities include monitoring instrumentation and data, tailings deposition and water removal planning, technical review, QA/QC, risk management, regulatory reporting, inspections, budgeting, continuous improvement, and training. The role applies tailings management standards, evaluates TSF stability and water performance, supports compliance with MSHA and state requirements, and collaborates with operations, consultants, senior engineers, and regulators.

Manages small to medium electrical capital and sustaining projects from scope development through closeout at an active copper mine. Responsibilities include electrical design review, contractor and bid management, field oversight, safety and quality compliance, cost and schedule control, change orders, documentation, and stakeholder reporting. The role requires coordination with operations, engineering teams, and contractors while serving as an electrical subject matter expert.
