Lead productization of robotic subsystems from engineering builds through clinical production. Develop and qualify manufacturing processes, fixtures, tooling, documentation, line layouts, and process controls for complex electro-mechanical surgical robots. Drive DFM/DFA, risk management, validation, root-cause investigations, supplier decisions, traceability, and cross-functional issue resolution while mentoring engineers and technicians.

Develops and owns manufacturing software and hardware-in-the-loop test systems for a novel surgical robot. Responsibilities include defining test strategies, developing and validating robotic assembly tests, debugging electromechanical systems, analyzing production data, managing software releases, supporting test fixtures, and partnering with R&D, Quality, and Production. The role requires Python and C++, industrial communication protocols, instrumentation, software validation, and hands-on hardware/software integration experience.

Supports assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of robotic medical-device manufacturing. Responsibilities include debugging electro-mechanical systems, conducting root-cause investigations, executing end-of-line tests, documenting non-conformances, qualifying fixtures, refining manufacturing and test procedures, analyzing production data, and implementing corrective actions. This onsite role collaborates with engineering, quality, and technician teams to improve yield, reliability, cycle time, and scalable production of a surgical robotic platform.
