Teams at Caprock

Provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, transcribes physician orders, completes assessments and documentation, and leads Nurse Aides during shifts. The Charge Nurse also supports shift reports, educates staff, maintains infection-control and safety standards, responds to emergencies, and coordinates replacement staffing when shortages occur.

Prepare and serve meals for residents, assemble and deliver trays, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, manage and rotate food supplies, follow standardized recipes and portioning instructions, and support food safety and resident satisfaction in a team-focused environment.
