Coordinates global email marketing campaigns from planning and briefing through QA, deployment, reporting, and optimization. Leads finance across Jimmy Choo’s global supply chain and two shoe factories. Responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, commercial analysis, cost and margin improvement, finance organization design, and statutory compliance. The role also oversees Italy and Switzerland legal and IT functions, drives transformation projects, and partners with senior supply chain and corporate finance leaders to improve reporting, decision-making, and operational performance.

Supports the Creative Director as a gatekeeper by managing calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, budgets, communications, and personal requests. Coordinates design and business calendars, studio operations, expenses, invoices, leave tracking, archives, legal registrations, and special projects. Creates presentations, researches inspiration, organizes publicity appearances and design trips, and supports the wider design team. Requires extensive executive or personal assistant experience, strong organization, discretion, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
