Lead enterprise-wide QA architecture and testing strategy, with emphasis on ERP-to-ERP migrations. Design automated functional, integration, performance, security, data validation, and regression testing solutions; coordinate test execution, defect triage, reporting, and issue resolution. Drive Azure DevOps and CI/CD-integrated testing, mentor QA engineers, evaluate tools, and ensure system reliability, scalability, data integrity, and business-process continuity.

Supports the Investments Team with financial modeling, NOI, IRR, and yield analysis; investment proposal preparation; due diligence coordination; transaction timelines; portfolio asset transitions; meeting documentation; data gathering; and administrative closing activities. The role also tracks approvals, invoices, warranty items, and process improvements while coordinating with internal departments and transaction stakeholders.

Supports People & Talent operations through HR administration, recruitment coordination, candidate screening, onboarding, employee record maintenance, HRIS updates, reporting, and employee communications. The role coordinates interviews, background checks, employment documentation, new-hire orientation, and HR initiatives while maintaining confidential and accurate employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and related reporting tools.
