Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, families, and staff at a skilled nursing facility. Greets visitors, answers and directs calls, manages visitor registration, handles mail, maintains directories and records, performs clerical tasks, manages office supplies and equipment, and responds professionally to inquiries and complaints while protecting confidential information.

Leads the full HR function for a skilled nursing facility, including HR strategy, recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, training, HR records, and succession planning. Advises leadership and managers, ensures adherence to employment laws, develops HR metrics, and supports a positive and inclusive workplace.

Builds relationships between a skilled nursing facility and healthcare providers, community organizations, referral sources, residents, and families. Conducts outreach, presentations, educational sessions, facility tours, and community events; promotes facility services; facilitates prospective resident admissions; and develops collaborative partnerships. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards while supporting marketing and referral goals.
