Deliver and support training programs for new and current call center staff: prepare materials, run engaging sessions, track compliance and KPIs, analyze feedback, coordinate classrooms/events, communicate performance issues to management, adapt to changing schedules, and occasionally take inbound calls to support operations.

Seasonal contract Training Facilitator for contact center operations delivering and coordinating classroom training, developing materials, assessing performance gaps, ensuring compliance, partnering with leadership on SLAs/KPIs, collecting feedback for improvements, and supporting operations by taking inbound calls as needed. Requires schedule flexibility and occasional local travel.
