Contract training facilitator delivering and coordinating onboarding and ongoing training for contact center staff. Responsibilities include developing materials, delivering engaging sessions, tracking performance against SLAs/KPIs, analyzing feedback, coordinating logistics, adapting schedules, and occasionally taking inbound calls to support operations.

Deliver and coordinate training for call center staff: prepare materials, run engaging sessions, identify knowledge gaps, track KPIs and completion, collect feedback, communicate with leadership, adapt schedules, and support operations by taking inbound calls as needed.

Arbitrate medical payment disputes by reviewing case files, contracts, regulations, and submitted documentation. Research federal and contract law, assess benefit eligibility, render neutral and defensible determinations, and draft concise decisions and email responses. Manage complex cases, interpret applicable policies, meet strict deadlines, and communicate findings clearly while working independently and collaboratively across SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
