Supports global sustainability initiatives through stakeholder engagement with consultants, suppliers, properties, and headquarters teams. Assists with ESG data analysis, reporting, benchmarking, cleaning, and presentations; researches sustainability topics; helps organize sharing sessions, events, trainings, and surveys; and contributes to special projects. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, initiative, independence, teamwork, and effective management of multiple priorities in a complex environment.

Supports global sustainability data collection, quality assurance, reporting, dashboard maintenance, and property onboarding across UL 360 and Greenview Portal. Coordinates with international property teams and the parent company, resolves data discrepancies, prepares sustainability reports, researches best practices, and assists with sustainability initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and data accuracy skills, plus an interest in environmental impact and sustainability frameworks.

Supports exceptional client, learner, partner, and visitor experiences at a shared executive learning centre. Responsibilities include client onboarding, enquiry handling, feedback collection, relationship building, event and programme logistics, venue operations, vendor coordination, service-standard maintenance, data tracking, reporting, and process improvement.
