Engage owners, members, and resort guests to build rapport, promote ownership benefits, and generate qualified Owner Update and vacation ownership tours. Provide exceptional customer service, promote resort amenities and events, meet production goals, complete documentation accurately, and follow company qualification standards.

Provide front-desk hospitality services including guest check-in/out, reservations, room moves, night audit, cash and credit processing, coordinate with departments, manage RCI banking and membership tasks, respond to guest issues and online reviews, and perform clerical and inventory duties.

Meet with qualified resort guests to deliver vacation ownership presentations, build value, overcome objections, and close sales. Work in a high-energy, commission-driven environment with paid training, weekly commission payouts, and bonus opportunities. Maintain professional appearance, exceptional customer service, and availability for weekends and holidays; opportunities for advancement into sales leadership.
