Responsibilities include application and cloud architecture, API and systems integration, microservices, data flows, technical design reviews, modernization strategy, security and compliance alignment, and mentoring engineering teams. Requires strong Java and frontend expertise, cloud experience, and the ability to translate mission and business requirements into durable technical solutions.

Designs, implements, modernizes, and supports secure enterprise cloud, network, and hybrid infrastructure for mission-critical federal systems. Responsibilities include architecture design, connectivity, automation, migration, troubleshooting, resilience, security, technical assessments, modernization roadmaps, governance, documentation, and cross-team technical guidance. The role requires hands-on engineering across cloud and on-premises environments and collaboration with network, cybersecurity, identity, application, and infrastructure teams.
