Build and maintain React and TypeScript components, features, and shared UI packages for Capital on Tap’s customer portal. Collaborate with Design and Product to implement a consistent design system, support frontend migrations, write unit, integration, and visual tests, resolve production issues, contribute to Agile planning, and explore AI tools. The role offers pairing, code reviews, and structured development toward senior engineering responsibilities.

Own the full sales cycle for SME customers, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification through closing and early account management. Conduct 30–50 daily outbound calls, build and manage a sales pipeline, convert new customers, drive early product usage, meet quarterly targets, and follow FCA compliance standards. The role offers uncapped commission, structured onboarding, and progression opportunities.

Own the health, delivery, and direction of multiple product engineering teams and their Team Leads. Partner with Product and stakeholders on commercial roadmaps, guide architecture and technical trade-offs, ensure predictable delivery, manage risks, and develop Team Leads into effective leaders. Responsibilities include hiring, performance management, organizational design, cross-team project delivery, and influencing product, commercial, and engineering decisions in a scaling fintech environment.
