Audit end-to-end financial crime investigations and customer operations for AML, KYC/EDD, sanctions screening and SAR handling. Monitor SLAs, identify risks and trends, produce monthly MI reports, and deliver evidence-based feedback to improve processes and ensure FCA and POCA regulatory compliance.

The QA Analyst will audit financial crime cases, ensure compliance with regulations, monitor SLAs, report on findings, and provide feedback to enhance customer service.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, execute the sales cycle from prospecting to account management, making 30-50 calls daily, and achieving KPIs to contribute to revenue growth.
