The Senior Software Engineer role involves building scalable solutions using .Net, crafting responsive UIs with React, and owning the SDLC while collaborating with teams and ensuring software quality through testing.

Investigate financial crime alerts, conduct KYC and due diligence reviews, resolve fraud cases and payment disputes, and process chargebacks in line with regulations and card scheme rules. Support vulnerable customers and fraud victims, meet targets and SLAs, maintain knowledge of emerging risks, and collaborate with Fraud, Compliance, Financial Crime, and Disputes teams to identify risks and improve processes.

Design and build scalable software solutions using C# and .NET, owning the full software development lifecycle through production and continuous improvement. Contribute to architecture and technical direction, collaborate with Product and QA, write unit and integration tests, communicate technical decisions clearly, and mentor other engineers. The role requires strong engineering judgment, quality standards, and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
