Implement and manage OSHA-compliant safety programs for bridge, earthworks, and asphalt projects. Conduct site visits, training, audits, incident investigations, documentation, and enforce company safety policies. Maintain records, lead crew training, and travel frequently to job sites.

Serve as a project engineer on heavy highway and civil construction projects: coordinate safety and field teams, prepare submittals, interpret plans and contracts, build and maintain schedules, coordinate subs and materials, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, troubleshoot methods, and communicate with stakeholders while frequently traveling to project sites.

Support asphalt plant operations by maintaining and cleaning equipment, operating skid-steer and dump trucks, handling materials, assisting with repairs, keeping inventory, and following safety/OSHA procedures.
