Manage and grow agency relationships across an assigned California territory. Identify strategic partners, drive profitable book growth across agricultural, commercial, and personal lines, provide agency training, and support agents with pricing/quoting resources. Travel extensively (≈75%) and operate with minimal supervision to achieve territory production goals.

Lead analysis, design, and deployment of policy administration, billing, sales, and customer portal solutions. Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements for complex projects, recommend solutions, and support implementation across the organization.

Provide legal consultation and settlement authority support on complex property & casualty claims. Analyze coverage and jurisdictional issues, manage or oversee litigation with outside counsel, attend mediations, train claims staff, track and diary claim files, ensure consistent claims positions and reinsurance reporting, and collaborate with panel counsel and cross-functional teams.
