Leads business analysis and solution delivery for complex insurance initiatives involving policy administration, billing, sales, and customer portal systems. Partners with stakeholders to identify business needs, define and prioritize requirements, recommend solutions, and facilitate design, development, and deployment of tools and processes. Collaborates across teams to solve problems, mitigate obstacles, and support organizational results.

Performs routine premium accounting activities, including collecting premiums, assembling and auditing accounts, processing and posting cash, reconciling discrepancies, and handling unclaimed property. The role requires accurate, detail-oriented work, organization, basic accounting and insurance knowledge, collection procedures, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This hybrid position is based in Monterey, California, with one eligible work-from-home day weekly.

Entry-level underwriting trainee role with a 3–6-month training program followed by regional on-the-job development. Responsibilities include learning and applying underwriting materials, communicating with teams and agents, managing multiple priorities, responding to inquiries, and developing technical underwriting skills. Successful performance may lead to promotion to Associate Underwriter.
