Evaluates small- to middle-market agricultural insurance submissions, assessing risk, pricing, coverage, and alignment with underwriting guidelines. Builds agency relationships, develops new business, manages renewals, and monitors portfolio profitability. The role also supports production calls, quality control, mentoring, territory analysis, and agency training. Requires independent application of underwriting principles, strong analytical and communication skills, adherence to service standards, and routine business travel.

Provide first-line Tier 1 support for internal and external customers: manage and document service desk tickets, resolve or escalate hardware/software issues, assist with user account and access management, and deliver onsite desk-side support as needed.

Design, develop, and execute functional and automated tests (regression, integration, performance). Create and maintain automated test scripts, analyze requirements, document defects and remediation, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and mentor team members while promoting QA best practices.
