Teams at Capital Group

Manage Japan corporate access activities for investment professionals, including meetings, site visits, roadshows, conferences, research trips, and conference calls. Build relationships with investment teams, corporate executives, investor relations teams, vendors, and government entities. Coordinate events, maintain engagement data in CorpAxe, support logistics and travel, and collaborate with compliance, technology, meetings, and global corporate access teams.

Own production data platform reliability, monitoring, observability, incident response, data quality controls, and operational improvements. Build automated monitoring and validation frameworks for Databricks and Airflow environments, define SLAs and SLOs, conduct root cause analyses, maintain runbooks, and support production data products. Partner with engineering, platform, governance, and business teams to improve resilience and supportability while mentoring junior engineers.

Provides executive and administrative support to department leadership by managing complex calendars, preparing meeting documents, arranging travel through Concur, coordinating priorities, maintaining backup plans, and contributing to ad hoc projects. The role requires strong communication, resourcefulness, composure, empathy, urgency, discretion, and advanced proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft tools.
