Partner with NACG business leaders to design and deliver HR solutions including organizational design, change management, talent development, total rewards, and large-scale HR projects. Provide thought leadership, coaching, data-driven HR insights, and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment to elevate associate experience and organizational performance.

Support field and internal sales teams by making high-volume outbound calls to schedule advisor meetings, coordinate complex multi-location meetings and events, compile agendas, reserve spaces, prepare materials, use Excel for data tasks, and collaborate proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Lead a unified Detection Engineering and Incident Response organization, define multi-year SecOps strategy, manage SIEM/SOAR/EDR/NDR toolsets and MSSP relationships, own KPIs/metrics, run 24/7 security operations, standardize playbooks and escalation, manage budgets/vendors, ensure regulatory and audit readiness, and communicate cyber risk to executive leadership.
