It supports product advocacy, sales strategy, product development, strategic initiatives, and global collaboration across regional teams.

Leads complex third-party contract review, negotiation, execution, and risk assessment across vendor relationships. Advises Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Privacy, Sourcing, and business teams on due diligence, onboarding, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters. Drives remediation, process improvement, training, mentoring, and technology-enabled contracting efficiencies while managing strategic initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
