Serves as a strategic HR partner to business groups, implementing HR programs across performance management, total rewards, workforce planning, talent development, succession, and diversity and inclusion. Coaches managers, supports hiring and team development, resolves complex associate relations matters, applies workforce analytics, facilitates leadership and change-management training, and contributes to organizational development, restructuring, and other major HR initiatives.
