The role requires strong economic analysis, authoritative communication, excellent English writing, and the ability to deliver presentations and written assessments during the hiring process.

Proactively manage Gateway client relationships to reduce churn and maximize lifetime value through renewals, contract negotiation, regular check-ins, usage monitoring, and tailored value communication. Identify at-risk accounts, surface upsell opportunities, promote events/webinars, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, track NPS, and document all interactions in the CRM to drive retention and adoption.
