Teams at Capital City Bank Group

Provides administrative and communication support to mortgage consultants throughout the loan process. Collects borrower documentation, coordinates with processors, attorneys, title companies, brokers, and borrowers, tracks loan status, resolves routine processing obstacles, answers client inquiries, and manages mortgage marketing materials. Requires mortgage-process knowledge, familiarity with Encompass, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Manages network operations, infrastructure, servers, virtualization, cloud services, security, communications systems, and technical support teams. Oversees design, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, capacity planning, security monitoring, budgeting, policy compliance, vendor and technology decisions, and escalation of critical issues. Leads network engineers, technicians, and help desk staff while ensuring system availability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Manages daily Online Services Department operations, including online banking maintenance, Treasury Management support, electronic payment screening, reconciliations, mobile deposits, and account analysis. Supervises and schedules associates, maintains operational controls and confidentiality, coordinates NACHA compliance, improves procedures, resolves complex issues, supports audits, and oversees training, performance evaluations, budgeting, and contingency planning.
