Process and maintain accurate payroll data, calculate wages (regular, overtime, bonuses, commissions), resolve discrepancies, generate payroll reports, ensure compliance with wage laws, and partner with HR and Finance while maintaining confidentiality.

Manage employee benefits lifecycle including enrollments, COBRA, leave administration, 401(k) support, vendor/TPA coordination, compliance, reporting, and HRIS data integrity. Lead open enrollment and identify process improvements to enhance the employee benefits experience.
