Capita Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

Capita Personal Independence Payment (PIP), part of Capita’s Health Assessment Advisory Service, delivers outsourced functional and clinical assessments for government benefits. It evaluates how claimants’ health conditions or disabilities affect daily activities and work-related capability, then prepares evidence-based reports and clinical recommendations for public authorities. The service supports PIP and Work Capability Assessments for the DWP and, in Northern Ireland, the DfC.
